These principles articulate the University’s commitment to providing guidance, advice, and support to researchers to disseminate UOW research as widely as possible. UOW acknowledges the importance of open access to research and the growth of open scholarship in the higher education sector.
UOW Library participates in open access publishing agreements (Read & Publish agreements) that allow UOW researchers to publish eligible article types with selected publishers, at no cost to the author. Once you have the assessed the quality and suitability of a journal to publish in, you can use this guide to determine if your article is eligible to be published open access under one of the agreements.
Elements is UOW’s research outputs management system that enables you to manage your publications and ensures an accurate reflection of your collective research outputs. Elements is the primary source of publication data that UOW researchers utilise to maintain and update their UOW researcher profile, UOW scholars.
